– You will receive a tracking code once your order has been posted.

– In non-peak seasons, your order will be posted by our admin within 24 hours. You will be informed otherwise.

– During peak seasons, your patience is appreciated. Our team will ship the items as soon as possible.

Delivery:

– Deliveries will be made to the address provided during the order process. Please ensure the accuracy of the provided address.

– We may subcontract delivery to third parties without prior notice to you.

– Delivery times are approximate. Delays might occur, and we are not liable for these delays. If you miss a delivery, re-delivery attempts may be subject to additional charges.

 


Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy:

Eligibility for Cancellation:

Once your payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before making payment.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the items following our Return Policy below.

 

Conditions for Returns:

You may return purchased goods under the following circumstances:

– The goods delivered are defective or damaged upon delivery.

– The goods have expired, or the quantity received differs from what was ordered.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, complete the form on our website within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Any additional items received with the purchase should be returned in the same condition.

Additional Return Guidelines:

– Goods must be returned with all attachments, items, or complimentary goods included in the original package.

– We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the returned goods do not meet the specified conditions.
